If you are an actor, you know that in your profession that you need to take excellent care of your body and keep it in tiptop shape! You might think that this is simply because actors and anyone in Hollywood is beautiful and in great shape, this is not the case. It is because, with a body that is physically fit, you will have the ability to play many different characters based on your physical capabilities.

For you, this means one thing. To be the best actor that you can possibly be, you have to be as fit at you can possibly be. Just in case you are misinterpreting the definition fit doesn't mean thin. y do I believe that more out of shape individuals can't act, but after they complete a long twelve or thirteen hour shoot, they are probably not giving their all on the set. If you were given the choice between this actor that I just described, or the actor how has stamina and gives 120% at the end of the day, which would you cast to be in your production?

Just keep these things in mind and you will be setting yourself apart from your competition by light years.
