The P90X fitness exercise program is the perfect program for getting really fit in a short amount of time. The developers call it as a complete fitness. system.

But P90x is a lot more than just the tapes.

You can change your workouts from one month to the next and continue seeing results as you go along.

You'll notice how impressive is that you can rearrange the workouts according to your fitness goals. The system shows you how to do that.

The workouts lie at the heart of the P90X training, each one targets specific areas of your body or different ways to work your muscles and body. The workouts are as follows;

Chest and Back workout. For your upper torso with over 50 minutes of push ups and pull ups as well as resistance exercises.

These are exercises designed to produce fast and powerful athletic movements. These 30 explosive excercises help you move more athletically.

Shoulders and Arms workout. This free weight and/or resistance band workout targets your deltoids, biceps, and triceps.

Probably the toughest session in Power 90X.

Legs and Back workout. Strengthening and developing the large important muscles with nearly one hour of squats, lunges, pulls,and other exercises, is what the legs and back workout is all about..

The Kenpo workout. A Workout filledwith the kicks, twists, and punches of Kenpo martial arts.

X Stretch. This is an hour of completely going through your total body and stretching away all the stress and tension that accumulates in our daily lives.

Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps workout. Build strength andadd definition with this fun combination of push ups, dips, flies, and kickbacks.

Biceps and Back workout. Add size to your physique or tone and tighten depending on which look you're after.
